erreur ouverture JPG ancienne visionneuse windows ? [NON-RESOLU]

hello j'espère être juste dans la bonne section... d"solé si no. mon pc de bureau est donc sous win 10 LTSC Iot 2021 mais j'avais aussi parfois ce problème sous win 10 pro, avant. Parfois j'ai cela quand j'ouvre un JPG : J'ouvre généralement mes jpg avec l'ancienne visionneuse de photos de win 7. je n'aimais pas celle de win 10. mais pourquoi parfois j'ai cela ?   Cordialement
